    With more than four decades of experience in the South Florida market Pat has seen it all. She specializes in selling estate homes, horse ranches, groves, farmland, commercial and industrial properties in the South Miami-Dade Market. Her high caliber deals have had a lasting impact on South Dade; one of which contributed to the doubling the size of the City of Homestead.

    She has sold several commercial properties along the tourist service corridor at the Turnpike Terminus, the most notable being a 38 acre site that is zoned for gaming. After having sold hundreds of acres of farmland and groves as well, she knows every dirt road in The Redland; Miami’s rural community that contains everything from weekend retreats to multi-million dollar estates set amongst farmland and groves. She calls it “Miami’s Secret Garden”.

    Pat has in-depth knowledge of South Dade County that is not generally available from other sources and thanks to her excellent relationships with government officials, she can bring investors together with them to get a complete picture of the possible benefits they might qualify for.

    She has worked with some of the biggest landowners, developers and corporations in the country and will gladly share their names upon request. What has contributed a lot to her success is knowing the area well and having an open door policy with community leaders. Investors like the idea of dealing with a “hometown girl” that can sit them down in front of the right people.

    Pat has recently moved to Orlando where she has brought the same working model that has been so successful in South Florida. She will be going back and forth between the two, enabling her to continue to serve her loyal clients in Miami-Dade County, some of which she has had for decades. Central Florida is ripe with opportunities and she is looking forward to being a part of its growth. Both areas have various incentive programs that are perfect for today’s investors.     A small town girl from New Jersey, Pat relocated to Miami on a job transfer, met her husband and raised their three children in The Redland. She loves horses and owned Arabians for 20 years. She enjoys reading, crafts and traveling. especially in Europe. Being a big time Disney fan, she now gets to go to the parks as often as she likes with her daughter and new granddaughter.
