She has sold several commercial properties along the tourist service corridor at the Turnpike Terminus, the most notable being a 38 acre site that is zoned for gaming. After having sold hundreds of acres of farmland and groves as well, she knows every dirt road in The Redland; Miami’s rural community that contains everything from weekend retreats to multi-million dollar estates set amongst farmland and groves. She calls it “Miami’s Secret Garden”.

A small town girl from New Jersey, Pat relocated to Miami on a job transfer, met her husband and raised their three children in The Redland. She loves horses and owned Arabians for 20 years.
